A board that answers for the mission
The AI Cowboys Foundation is governed by a board of directors, with officers serving as President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The board sets direction, approves programs and budgets, and holds the foundation accountable for living up to its mission.
As a privacy commitment, we describe our leadership by role rather than by name. This page will always tell you how the foundation is governed and who is responsible for what, without publishing personal details of the individuals who serve.

Three officer roles carry the core duties of the board.
President
Leads the board, sets the agenda, and is accountable for the foundation staying true to its mission.
Secretary

Treasurer
Oversees finances, ensures responsible stewardship of funds, and supports transparent reporting.
