Tax and compliance
About your contribution
The AI Cowboys Foundation is a Texas nonprofit organization and a 501(c)(3) tax exempt public charity. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our federal exemption is effective June 5, 2026, so gifts made on or after that date qualify. Please consult your tax advisor about your contribution.
